deed is nearly THREE WEEKS after the illegal, un-noticed (second) application was approved by the Architectural
Review Board (Sept 10, 2008) with the open support of the Senior Assistant City Attorney, Linda Hudson to push a legally
defective application forward in process rather than rejecting it, in spite of a public challenge as to the legality of a non-homeowner
submitting an application.
